NOTHING TRANSFORMS A SPACE MORE THAN COLOR!!
Want to know which colors are in for 2009- The new colors for 2009 are hot off the press from the color marketing group that dictates the colors we use in fabrics, accessories and paint colors. This year, neutrals are inspired by nature and purity. The spectrum extends from pure whites to clear blacks. Greys take on a monochromatic tone and encompass both cool and warm greys.
* Browns & Beiges - Think sand infused tea shades, rich coffee and chocolate tones and warm browns like those found in a stick of cinnamon.
* Red- We all love red. Red represents energy and has a modern feel to it. Think of a ripe tomatoe, strawberries or a pomegranite. Be careful where you add this color, it tends to raise your blood pressure.
* Yellow - Mellow yellow. Imagine a banana, corn lemons or canary yellow. Youv'e got the perfect shade of yellow for 2009.
* Orange- Orange is hotter than ever when added with copper and ginger metallics.
* Blue- Think cool slate, deep indigo, royal blue. Blues are so cool...........Blue is soothing and relaxing. A home could always use a blue room here in the desert.
